No. You can use other platforms in parallel, sell your own offline courses, work with competitors. We don't restrict your business — we only ask that you don't reverse-engineer our platform.
Fully: your domain (academy.yourbrand.com or yourbrand.com), your logo, your fonts, your colours, your email templates with your email domain, your footer copyright. The UI contains no mention of our platform — clients see your brand only.
Minimum — set up a DNS A-record for your domain. Maximum on Plus/Enterprise — SCIM provisioning from your HRIS, SAML SSO, custom webhooks into your CRM. Docs and support are included.

You can't claim you built the platform yourself (that misleads end-clients). Privacy Policy and ToS must reference us as a data sub-processor under GDPR. Templates are provided.
You get 90 days to migrate sub-tenants — exports of all data in standard formats (CSV, SCORM, xAPI), API access remains. We don't lock client data — that would violate GDPR Art.20.
Legally — the end-clients (data subjects). You are the data controller, we are the data sub-processor. You have direct access to your sub-tenants' data for migration at any time. See our DPA.
