They are NOT a substitute for MSHA-approved Part 46/48 accredited instructor training, UK Mines Rescue Service certification, jurisdiction-specific shot firer licensing, or formal GISTM conformance assessment by a qualified Engineer of Record and Independent Tailings Review Board. Mining is a fatal-risk industry — operational roles require competent-person training delivered by accredited providers.
